- Remove FOUR LAYERS of flooring
- Remove archway
- Install linoleum
- Install baseboards
- Paint the ceiling, walls, and trim
- Add more cabinetry
- Paint cabinets
- Remove old countertop (all 9 square feet of it)
- Build and install new countertops
- Paint door
- Update door and cabinet hardware
- Paint pantry doors
- Grind down and stain concrete (in dining room)
- Seal concrete
- Install transition between wood and concrete
To Do:
- New light fixtures/ install a light fixture in the dining room
- Install a sink transition
- New faucet
- Ceiling tiles?
- Re-do countertop to adjust the size of the bar area
- Fill-in pock marks in concrete and touch up the stain
- Polyurethane concrete floors
Question: Ceiling tiles in the kitchen: Yay or nay? In case you're wondering, we would remove the beam.
