The Bedrooms (minus one) and Bathrooms

THIS is a very privileged preview. Here you see the parts of the house that are not so pretty yet. But you wanted updates, so please don't judge!

The Guest Room:

- Remove nasty linoleum
- Sand down wood floors
- Varnish the floors
- Paint closet door
- New hardware on door
- Window treatments

To Do:
- Re-sand, stain, and re-varnish the wood floors
- PAINT (get the last of that awful peach out of here!)
- Spruce up closet door
- New light fixture
- Various decor (hang artwork, paint desk and cabinet, new headboards, still need comforter for one of the beds, etc.)

The Front Bathroom:

- Install new flooring

To Do:
- New light fixture
- Tile the floors (the floor needs to be redone)
- New mirror/frame the mirror
- Paint the ceiling, walls, and trim
- Paint vanity
- New water fixtures
- Paint grout in the shower

- Install new closet doors
