Mine is the lonliest of numbers

Today is September 27th, in case you didn't already know that. Now, there's nothing very significant about today to you, however, I have been anticipating this day for, oh, just the past four months!! I don't watch a lot of tv, I really don't. My plans aren't really regular for the week (or my life, for that matter...) so I don't have "shows". Well, I have one. Tonight was the premier of season four of The Office. Season three left us all hanging all summer. I never thought I would survive the cliff hanger. But I did. And if you haven't seen it, log onto NBC.com tomorrow to view the entire episode for free. You won't regret it.

Kaitlyn and I decided, in honor of the premiere, we should bake some homemade chocolate chip cookies to eat while watching it tonight, so we did. Delicious. I keep getting little whiffs of fresh baked cookie..

Aubre is getting married tomorrow! I am so incredibly happy for her. I can't imagine she'll be getting much sleep tonight, but she and Kellie (and the rest of the wedding party) are in Los Angeles this evening. Her reception is on Saturday. All these weddings coming up! I guess this is just that time of, well, life for me. Everyone's off to the temple! But it's a very exciting time and I couldn't be happier for all of my friends who are entering into the eternal covenant of marriage.

Oh, I couldn't forget to mention that Elders Richmond and Gorbin(?) came by tonight and asked me to accompany them to an appointement tomorrow night. She sounds like a very cool girl and I'm quite excited to meet her.

So there you have it. Cookies, the gospel, and PB & J. Just one happening short of perfection, but for some crazy reason, I think everything is gonna be alright. Nope, I know everything is going to be alright.

  1. Okay, so I KNEW you'd blog tonight!!! =)

You know The Office is a little funnier than it used to be...Danny even laughed at it tonight!

I think Jimmy sends them a script of his life and they have made a sitcom out of it! =) That makes it the best of all...=)

I love ya and miss ya!!

  3. Britney, dear, I don't think we'll ever run out of things to talk about. Only 6 more days until the next episode! I heart The Office.
