There have been few sequels that have matched the quality of their predecessors (movies based on novels don't count ie Harry Potter, LOTR, The Bourne Trilogy, etc.).I would simply like to propose the following: New original movie idea is the new sequel.
Movie of the summer so far: Midnight In Paris. It is SOOOOO good. But I am not really into the action sequel movies, so don't take my word for it. But do! It is so great!
