FresYES!

That's right, folks. We have decided to become Fresno State Bulldogs this fall. There's a chance we will leave in May after we finish at BC (if I am offered a full-time on-campus job that I applied for at Fresno State), but most likely we won't be leaving until mid August.

We loved the thought of living in Sacramento, but in our situation, family wins. So we'll be closer to home and can come visit (especially if we end up having more family to visit in Bakersfield... hint hint). And if we really don't like Fresno, we can always go to Sac State for our Masters Programs. Fresno, even though it is very similar to Bakersfield, will still be new and exciting to us. I'm excited. And mostly relieved that we've finally just made a choice.

So if you have any ideas or hookups for summer employment, know of any good apartments in Fresno, or have ideas for employment once we're in Fresno, this would be the time to throw them at me. Really. Any time. I'm waiting.
