Since I never got around to it, I wanted to show you guys the awesome Christmas present my mom received from her ever loving daughters. I was actually somewhat impressed with myself, a) for figuring out a present my mom really truly wanted, and b) because I didn't have a pattern and it didn't turn out quite as badly as I anticipated. And best of all, my mom loved it. It took a little while to convince her that I did, in fact, pick out the materials and make it all on my own. Oh ye of little faith...

That apron and I are already acquainted, as you may recall.
ReplyDeleteI love love love it! I still can't believe that you made it either...except I saw it for a whole weekend hanging around my house. =)
ReplyDeleteCUTE! The next time we all get together let's party the way the old ladies do, by sewing/knitting/crocheting something. You can teach me to make such striking aprons and I'll teach you umm... nothing. Sound fair?
ReplyDeleteNicely done! I LOOK at needles and thread, and they run away and say, "Nope!" :(
ReplyDeleteBut it's super cute!
